FH360 Elite Technical is a unique camp experience, taught by ODU Head Coach and Olympian Andrew Griffiths, along with a staff of experienced International and NCAA Coaches. The Goalkeeping Curriculum is designed and taught by Amy Tran-Swensen, 2-time USA Olympian and World Goalkeeper of the Year.

You will be challenged to learn new and innovative skills in a dynamic and engaging training environment. Coach to player ratio will be very low, and Video and Live Demonstrations will precede each training module.

The goal of the camp is to provide tools, video and concepts to take home with you, so each player knows how to improve your game long after camp is finished!

EXAMPLES OF TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Footwork and follow-through of passing technique
  • 3D passing, receiving, playing the game in the air AND on the ground

  • International hitting skill techniques and differences
  • Shooting: fundamentals and improvisation
